Job Responsibility:

Manage cross-functional teams and plan innovation features by establishing milestones and progress gates
Assess budgets and required skill sets of team members for planning purposes
Create and maintain schedules and workforce planning tools for multiple cabin design and strategic projects
Help ensure milestones are completed to plan (quality, timing, budget, etc.)
Identify key issues and provide the necessary planning and leadership to resolve these issues
Participate in project reviews with partners to assess progress, risks and issues, and ensure that commitments are being achieved
Lead and develop internal governance processes to ensure tracking of key activities and smooth communications to various stakeholders
Prepare and present regular and ad-hoc planning and governance updates for senior management
Help to organize and manage data, as well as document processes and lessons learned

Requirements:

university degree in engineering, business administration or equivalent
minimum of 5 years of professional work experience
prior experience in Project or Program Management
prior experience with planning of creative and concept development projects
in-depth knowledge of aircraft interiors development and production
prior experience in Industrial Design, Engineering, Aircraft Interiors Integration, project management, or other relevant experience
computer literate, particularly in MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Project) with knowledge of data base management, scheduling and spreadsheets
