Innovation Lead – Associate Manager (CL8) – Business, Product & Commercial Strategy. The Dock is Accenture’s flagship R&D and Global Innovation Center, based in Dublin’s Grand Canal Dock. We are looking for an Innovation Lead – Associate Manager Level to join the Business, Product & Commercial Strategy team. Our team leads and manages projects, programmes and portfolios required to define, develop and pilot new market-leading business propositions in The Dock. The successful candidate will be a commercially minded innovator, someone who can turn emerging ideas and technologies into viable, scalable business opportunities and who has the experience and methodologies to back this up. This role blends product strategy, market insight, and commercial acumen to shape new propositions from concept through to market launch. You’ll identify where innovation meets real business value, build strong commercial cases, define pricing strategy and guide multidisciplinary teams to bring high-impact products and platforms to life. These business propositions can take the form of pilotable assets, offerings, software and ecosystem plays. No two innovation projects are exactly alike.
