JD Qualified with 2+ years' experience in BigLaw - Corporate (M&A) or Real Estate (essential)
Strong understanding of transactional legal processes
Demonstrated interest in legal technology and innovation
Ideal candidate will have had a 'disrupted' career, stepping away from practising in BigLaw, and stepping in to a Big4, Consultancy, In-House, or Legal Tech House and worked on large-scale Change & Transformation projects
