A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Innovation Attorney to join its team, focusing on enhancing legal service delivery across their Corporate and Real Estate practice areas through innovation and emerging technologies. This position sits at the intersection of legal practice and technology, supporting the adoption of new tools, improving workflows, and driving engagement across key practice areas.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner with lawyers to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and legal workflows
  • Develop practical solutions, templates, and guidance to support legal delivery
  • Deliver training and create accessible resources for legal teams
  • Support the evaluation and implementation of legal technology tools
  • Act as a key advisor on the responsible use of innovative solutions
  • Gather user feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • JD Qualified with 2+ years' experience in BigLaw - Corporate (M&A) or Real Estate (essential)
  • Strong understanding of transactional legal processes
  • Demonstrated interest in legal technology and innovation
  • Ideal candidate will have had a 'disrupted' career, stepping away from practising in BigLaw, and stepping in to a Big4, Consultancy, In-House, or Legal Tech House and worked on large-scale Change & Transformation projects
  • Experience engaging with legal stakeholders in a professional environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
