A global professional services organisation is seeking a Wellbeing and Recovery Manager to join its Pacific People Function team! This role sits at the centre of injury management and wellbeing support across the business. You’ll manage end-to-end claims and recovery processes, helping drive positive return-to-work outcomes while working closely with HR, WHS, and insurance/benefits teams.
Job Responsibility
Manage end-to-end injury and claims processes, including RTW planning and case closure
Partner with income protection and rehabilitation teams on salary continuance matters
Work with HR and WHS teams to provide practical guidance and manage complex cases
Maintain accurate case records, reporting, audits, and compliance requirements
Coach people managers on RTW processes, benefits, and WHS frameworks
Support delivery of broader health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives
Requirements
Experience in workers’ compensation and injury management, including RTW coordination
Strong understanding of relevant legislation and insurer requirements (AU/NZ experience preferred)
Confident stakeholder management across HR, WHS, insurers, and providers
Strong analytical skills and experience using case management systems
Exposure to salary continuance or income protection processes
