1 year + paralegal or equivalent experience
Ability to assist with a caseload of mainly fast track cases with appropriate supervision
Comprehensive knowledge of RTA liability, together with factual causation issues
Knowledge of Law, Part 7 and Part 8 Procedural Rules and Practice Directions regarding Credit Hire and Vehicle Damage losses recovery

Job Responsibility

Work collectively with the supervising solicitor to ensure the client obtains the appropriate level of compensation for their personal injury and losses, in accordance with regulations and legislation
Accurate recording of evidence and or data received from clients and other parties
Assisting with the accurate drafting of legal documents
Follow the Department procedures and processes along with company policies
Assist the wider team in achieving their key responsibilities
Ensure compliance with Information security policies including data confidentiality and the operational security of the Information Systems used
