Job Responsibility

Carry out tool changes safely and efficiently to production schedules
Set and optimise injection moulding machines to achieve production targets
Troubleshoot process and machine issues, implementing effective solutions
Perform basic machine and tool maintenance, including insert changes
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, efficiency and waste reduction
Support production operations to maximise output and efficiency
Mix materials and prepare machinery for production runs
Ensure accurate data capture and reporting of setting performance
Lead and support a small team of operators when required
Deliver training and guidance to team members as needed
