Job Responsibility

  • Closely monitoring technical malfunctions and alarms to keep production on track and minimize downtime
  • Independently starting up, correctly setting up, and converting injection moulding machines and moulds according to the production schedule
  • Monitoring the quality of produced parts through regular checks and measurements
  • Actively contributing to the optimization of the production process by suggesting technical improvements
  • Close collaboration with fellow technicians and production staff for smooth and efficient operations
  • Ensuring a safe, orderly, and clean working environment according to the applicable standards.

Requirements

  • A completed degree in electromechanics, mechanics, or plastics technology, or an equivalent level obtained through relevant work experience
  • Several years of experience in a similar technical role within a modern production environment
  • Thorough knowledge of injection moulding techniques, including setting up, converting, and fine-tuning machines
  • The ability to think analytically and quickly understand technical malfunctions to formulate appropriate solutions
  • A precise work attitude with a keen eye for detail and a passion for process improvement
  • Willingness to work in a rotating three-shift system to ensure continuity.
