Job Description:

We are currently seeking experienced Injection Molding Technicians who are interested in working for a well-established, growing company that values treating everyone with respect. The ideal candidate for the Injection Molding Technician role will be responsible for the quality of injection molding production.

Job Responsibility:

  • responsible for the quality of injection molding production
  • Verify product quality from the onset of a production run by following the first piece inspection procedure on all new start-ups
  • Safe and efficient installation and removal of full molds and plates in the injection molding machinery

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience operating injection molding machinery

  • Lead, supervise and allocate work to shift maintenance personnel to deliver scheduled and unscheduled (as the Boeing Aircraft Support Team) maintenance
  • Plan (in consultation with the AM), assign and oversee maintenance tasks including assembly, disassembly, overhaul, modification and upgrade of aircraft systems and components
  • Ensure engineering drawings, approved data, maintenance manuals and work instructions are available and correctly interpreted by the team
  • Perform and/or oversee validation, verification and disturbed system functional tests to confirm system integrity and performance
