Injection Molding Engineer

• Formulate technical solutions and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) to establish robust process windows
• Continuously improve molding parameters to enhance product yield and equipment efficiency
• Lead trial moldings, acceptance, and optimization of new molds
• Supervise periodic maintenance plans for injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment to ensure stable production
• Develop and maintain process technical documents while providing training to production teams
• Execute complete process validations, including IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols
• Analyze and resolve complex molding defects and quality issues during production

• Associate degree or higher in Polymer Materials, Mechanical Engineering, or Mold Design
• 5 years in injection molding and mold engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in the medical device industry is preferred, specifically with implantable devices or high-value consumables
• Proficient in the operation, debugging, and maintenance of injection molding machines
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, UG) for viewing drawings and making minor modifications
• Deep understanding of medical-grade polymer materials and their processing characteristics
• Experience working in a cleanroom environment is highly preferred
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills with fluency in English
