Executive Talent are delighted to be working alongside our renowned client based in Dublin to find an experienced in house recruiter to join their well-established growing team. Job Responsibility:

  • To ensure recruitment needs of the business are satisfied by working proactively with multiple internal teams to identify needs as early as possible and to ensure these vacancies are filled in a timely manner
  • To provide an end to end recruitment service in a high volume environment
  • Full cycle recruitment for all roles
  • Source quality candidates using various methods and platforms including LinkedIn recruiter, Boolean searching, social media, job board advertising and networking
  • Reviewing, screening and shortlisting direct applications from various job boards
  • Assisting with the job offer and acceptance, delivering an exceptional candidate experience to ensure a successful outcome
  • Support the on-boarding of new hires in conjunction with Hiring Manager and HR Team
  • In the absence of the Recruitment Lead, partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to provide support/progress reports on live vacancies
  • Support and guide junior members of the recruitment team
  • Oversee and ensure continuity for full cycle recruitment processes for all positions and building recruitment campaigns for same
  • Full ownership of recruitment for internal development opportunities
  • Interview and assess candidates using the relevant interview techniques
  • Hold assessment days for volume recruitment and promotions
  • Reference checking
  • Ensure all required information is updated regularly on system and functionality is fully utilised
  • Generate Recruitment Metrics/Analytics Reports on a monthly basis and ad hoc as needed
  • Ensure relevant paperwork and system updates are completed for new starters and internal progression
  • Gain knowledge of all roles and departments within the Organisation
  • Support the Communications/Marketing Team with Employer Branding initiatives
  • Provide feedback and insights to Recruitment Lead/Internal Communications on employer branding social media trends observed during regular (appropriate) use of social media platforms

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a busy recruitment role, ideally with 12 months+ inhouse experience
  • Proactive self-starter
  • Experience of recruiting for high volumes in a busy environment
  • Excellent candidate sourcing skills including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searching and social media
  • Strong knowledge and utilization of applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to build strong internal relationships with Hiring Managers/HR
