PART TIME Infusion Registered Nurse (RN). Outpatient Infusion Suite * Patient‑Centered Clinical Care. We are a collaborative outpatient practice providing infusion therapies in a supportive, team‑oriented environment. We're seeking an Infusion Registered Nurse to deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate infusion care while working closely with physicians, clinical staff, and practice leadership. This role is scheduled for Mondays and Tuesdays, 7am-5pm, with occasional additional hours as needed.
Job Responsibility:
Escort patients to the infusion suite and obtain vital signs as needed
Provide patient education related to infusion therapies
Prepare patients for infusion treatment, initiating and implementing individualized care plans
Ensure annual TB Gold testing is completed for applicable patients
Administer medications and IV solutions safely and accurately
Maintain complete and accurate documentation and reporting in accordance with practice standards
Implement physician orders and communicate updates regarding patient status
Assist with patient scheduling and coordination of care
Support daily operational needs including restocking supplies, inventory management, workspace cleaning, and preparation for the next day
Perform additional duties as assigned by the infusion manager, practice manager, or physicians
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited two‑ or four‑year nursing program
Current RN licensure with the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state
Preferably 2+ years of experience in an infusion or similar clinical setting
Strong IV therapy knowledge and IV initiation skills
Ability to work independently without on‑site backup
Proficiency with EHR systems and general nursing duties
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with coworkers, physicians, and management
