The Technology Manager, On-Prem Infrastructure is responsible for the stability, security, and lifecycle management of enterprise on-premises infrastructure, including compute, virtualization, storage, and core data-center services. This role provides both strategic leadership and hands-on technical oversight, ensuring platforms are resilient, scalable, and aligned with business and clinical operations. The manager leads a team of infrastructure engineers, partners closely with architecture, networking, security, and application teams, and drives modernization initiatives while maintaining high availability in a 24x7 environment.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum Required Experience: 10 Years
Own on-prem infrastructure operations, including server platforms, virtualization (VMware / Nutanix), storage, and core data-center services
Ensure platform stability and availability, meeting defined SLAs, SLOs, and uptime requirements
Lead infrastructure lifecycle management, including refresh planning, capacity forecasting, and technical debt reduction
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers
set standards, review designs, and raise overall engineering maturity
Drive modernization initiatives, including platform migrations, virtualization strategy changes, and hybrid integration
Partner with architecture, security, and networking teams to ensure compliant, secure, and well-designed solutions
Own incident and problem management for infrastructure-related issues, including root-cause analysis and prevention plans
Establish and enforce operational standards, SOPs, documentation, and change management best practices
Manage vendor relationships and support contracts, ensuring performance, accountability, and cost effectiveness
Communicate clearly with leadership, providing risk assessments, roadmap updates, and operational health reporting
