Job Description:

The role of Infrastructure Support Senior Analyst involves providing technical support for Citibank’s global infrastructure, diagnosing and solving network incidents, reducing potential outages, and participating in automation initiatives for team efficiency. Job Responsibility:

Responsible for providing Tier I technical support for Citibank’s global network including diagnosing and solving incidents and problems related to the functioning of Citi network infrastructure
work together with multiple functions to ensure proper performance of the processes running within one of the biggest IT environments all over the world
direct engagement into operations including immediate notifications for critical issues and acting as the service owner
develop in the field of communication thanks to cooperation with employees at various levels in different regions of the world and from a wide range of global IT and business
ensure impeccable process fulfilment and continuous service delivery
perform incident triage functions when required
responsible for trainings and active participation in managing roadmaps

Requirements:

Conduct in a dynamic environment with a fluctuating potentially voluminous operational workload
high-reaching and with dedication towards continual growth and self-improvement
working knowledge of internet working and telecommunications
background in operating network and/or servers services within international dynamic environment
understanding of OSI model and network protocols
industry specific certifications – CCNA or adequate knowledge
experience in coding or automation area
effective written and verbal communication skills
