Job Responsibility:

  • Provide high-level system administration services and technical advice to a range of stakeholders within agreed service levels
  • Identify and implement infrastructure improvements and risk management strategies by understanding core business drivers
  • Assist in responding to tenders and opportunities by developing professional solutions, proposals, and product demonstrations
  • Support project implementation, including customer onboarding and researching new architecture solutions using emerging technologies
  • Collaborate with the team to identify risks in management infrastructure and tools while participating in continuous improvement activities

Requirements:

  • Extensive expertise in VMware/Broadcom platforms, including vCloud Foundations, SDDC, vSphere Suite, and NSX-T
  • Proven experience in designing, deploying, and operating virtualisation infrastructure and on-premises cloud fabrics
  • Strong technical competency in automation, orchestration, scripting, and a solid understanding of DevOps methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience in hardware platform management, with specific experience in HPE and OneView being highly regarded
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships and explain complex infrastructure to diverse stakeholders
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience
  • Must be a Brisbane based candidate with unlimited working rights
