Job Description:

Intermediate level role responsible for assisting with LAN/WAN and help desk administration activities, including network maintenance, technical guidance, and security in coordination with the Technology Infrastructure team. The overall objective is to use infrastructure technology knowledge and identified policies to process data, resolve issues and execute administrative tasks.

Job Responsibility:

Assist with LAN/WAN and help desk administration activities
Provide support to Citi perimeter security infrastructure
Execute firewall, proxy and SASE changes
Problem analysis and resolution from non-hardware routine issues to critical failures
Investigation, documentation and resolution of outages to critical business systems
Escalation of issues and tracking of progress
Analyze customer requirements to ensure all standards, policies and guidelines are upheld
Support technology improvements such as new infrastructure install and hardware/software upgrades
Create complex project plans and perform impact analyses
Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) post restoration of service
Design testing approaches and create automation of repetitive tasks

Requirements:

6+ years of relevant experience
CheckPoint and Palo Alto firewall and intrusion detection devices
BlueCoat and Squid proxies
Zscaler SASE and ZTE
Active Directory
Networking and routing with BGP
Traffic analysis: tcpdump/pcap/wireshark
Linux/Unix
Strong understanding of Enterprise Change, Incident and Problem Management
Experience utilizing ServiceNow
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Strong analytical and quantitative capability
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields preferred
Relevant Certifications: CheckPoint, Palo Alto firewalls
CISSP or CCNA/CCNP

Nice to have:

Experience utilizing ServiceNow
CISSP or CCNA/CCNP certifications
Strong communication skills including verbal and written
Ability to work as part of a team with remote colleagues in other countries
