Infrastructure Senior Tech Analyst

• Assist with LAN/WAN and help desk administration activities
• Create complex project plans and perform impact analyses
• Provide Root Cause Analysis post restoration of service
• Design testing approaches and assist with automation of repetitive tasks
• Provide technical/strategic direction to team members
• Review requirement documents and update processes
• Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements
• Conduct project related research
• Provide technical support for global network services
• Perform Network Change reviewer tasks

• 1-3 years of experience in infrastructure delivery
• Understanding of how specialization within area contributes to the business
• Ability to develop projects for metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking
• Ability to work with virtual/in-person teams under pressure
• Experience in Financial Services or large complex environment preferred
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Effective analytic/diagnostic skills
• Intermediate level knowledge of Cisco/Juniper/Arista routers and switches
• Knowledge of SDWAN technology, Cloud services platform and routing protocols: EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, RIP
• Industry Certifications preferred: CCNP (required within 1 year of hire), CCNA, JNCIA/JNCIS/JNCIP, ITIL Version 3
