Job Description:

The Infrastructure Technology Lead Analyst is a Senior level role responsible for assisting with LAN / WAN and help desk administration activities, including network maintenance, technical guidance, and security in coordination with the Technology Infrastructure team. The overall objective is to use infrastructure technology knowledge and identified policies to process data, resolve issues and execute administrative tasks.

Job Responsibility:

Assist with LAN/WAN and help desk administration activities
Create complex project plans and perform impact analyses
Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) post restoration of service
Design testing approaches and complex processes
Provide technical/strategic direction to team members
Review requirement documents and define hardware requirements
Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements
Conduct project related research
Provide technical support for Citibank's global network Services Operation
Perform Network Change reviewer tasks

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in infrastructure delivery roles
Understanding of how specialization within area contributes to the business
Ability to develop projects for metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking
Ability to work with virtual/in-person teams under pressure
Experience in Financial Services or large complex environment preferred
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Effective analytic/diagnostic skills
Intermediate level working knowledge of Cisco/Juniper/Arista routers and switches
Knowledge of SDWAN technology, Cloud services platform and routing protocols: EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, RIP
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

Language Skills beyond English: Spanish, Portuguese
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) highly preferred
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) preferred
Juniper Networks Certified Internet Associate/Specialist/Professional (JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIP)
Information Technology Infrastructure Library – Version 3 Foundations (ITIL Version 3)
