Job Description:

The Infrastructure Senior Group Manager is a senior management-level position responsible for managing and guiding a team that ensures efficient and effective Citi infrastructure in coordination with the Technology Team. The overall objective of this role is to use infrastructure technology knowledge and identified policies to process data, resolve issues and execute administrative tasks. This strategic role also drives the modernization of employee experience and operational efficiency through digital technology adoption.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in the technology sector
  • Significant portion dedicated to technology infrastructure
  • Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and managing robust technology infrastructure environments
  • Broad understanding and proven experience across the wider technology landscape
  • Minimum of five years in a senior leadership or management capacity
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with virtual teams
  • Ability to take ownership of project/initiative parts with tight deadlines
  • Engineering Graduate or MCA or equivalent qualification from a recognized university/institution
  • Strong background in end-user computing, mobile device management, cloud collaboration platforms
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
  • Experience in managing technology projects
