Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and technical leader to step into the role of Infrastructure & Security Lead. This position is pivotal in designing, delivering, and governing secure, scalable cloud and digital platforms. The successful candidate will drive the alignment of enterprise architecture, security governance, and technology operations with the overarching business strategy, acting as a key advisor to senior leadership on architectural standards and pragmatic digital transformation roadmaps.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and drive the architectural vision for a secure, enterprise-grade hybrid and multi-cloud environment, with primary technical focus on Azure and AWS solution design and delivery
  • Establish and implement a robust cloud security architecture, incorporating modern frameworks such as Zero Trust, NIST CSF, and ISO 27001 standards
  • Lead the strategic adoption and implementation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Bicep and Pulumi to enhance system auditability and accelerate delivery pipelines
  • Architect secure, governed data and analytics platforms, ensuring metadata-driven management and strictly controlled access
  • Serve as the technical lead for all IT audits, actively manage the infrastructure security risk registry, and chair the Change Advisory Board (CAB)
  • Act as a trusted technical partner to senior management, effectively translating complex technical risks and strategic roadmaps into clear, business-focused outcomes

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a dedicated Solutions Architecture or Infrastructure Leadership capacity
  • Expert-level, hands-on proficiency across both Microsoft Azure (including adherence to the Cloud Adoption Framework) and AWS
  • Demonstrated technical expertise in critical areas including Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and critical infrastructure defense
  • Experience with both legacy systems (e.g., VMware/Hyper-V, SQL Failover Clustering) and modern network connectivity models
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and foster a strong "security-first" culture within globally distributed engineering teams
  • Relevant industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), CompTIA Security+, ITIL Foundation, or Kubernetes are highly desirable
