Infrastructure Project Manager

• Lead infrastructure upgrade projects, including server migrations and operating system updates, ensuring all milestones are achieved within the specified timelines
• Coordinate transitions for user management systems and endpoint solutions, facilitating smooth implementation and integration
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, tracking progress and addressing challenges to maintain project momentum
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful execution of project goals
• Apply Agile Scrum methodologies to enhance project efficiency and team productivity
• Oversee vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and managing performance to meet organizational standards
• Implement organizational change management strategies to support project transitions and minimize disruptions
• Utilize tools like Atlassian Jira to monitor workflows, report progress, and ensure accountability
• Deliver superior customer service by maintaining effective communication and addressing stakeholder concerns
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout all phases of project execution

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on infrastructure projects
• Proven expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies and PMP certification
• Proficiency in tools such as Atlassian Jira for project tracking and management
• Strong background in managing database upgrades and server migrations
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
• Skilled in organizational planning and change management strategies
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Experience in the insurance industry is highly desirable
