Infrastructure Project Manager

• Oversee all phases of SOC1 and SOC2 compliance projects, including initiation, audit preparation, findings resolution, and delivering Type 2 audit outcomes
• Coordinate and facilitate regular meetings using Teams and occasional in-person sessions to ensure seamless communication
• Collaborate closely with team members, senior stakeholders, and technical experts to maintain clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Create and manage detailed project plans and schedules using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
• Integrate audit tools and oversee data readiness processes to support SOC2 Type 2 evidence collection
• Identify and engage with subject-matter experts across departments to ensure progress across parallel workstreams
• Promote team accountability and proactive ownership of tasks without resorting to micromanagement
• Provide consistent status updates and facilitate alignment with compliance and FinTech objectives

• At least 10 years of experience managing compliance-focused projects in FinTech or similar regulated industries
• Proven knowledge of SOC1/SOC2 audits and expertise in facilitating Type 2 audit processes
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
• Demonstrated ability to quickly understand project scope and drive execution within tight timelines
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels
• Strong organizational skills and a self-driven approach to balancing multiple objectives
• Experience managing infrastructure-related projects, including data center and network systems

Familiarity with audit tools like Drata and compliance agents within FinTech environments is highly desirable
