Job Responsibility:
Drive End-to-End Delivery: manage the full project lifecycle for complex infrastructure builds, upgrades, and migrations
Master the Tech Stack: oversee projects involving IDAM (Identity & Access Management), enterprise storage solutions, and core networking architectures
Agile Leadership: facilitate ceremonies and manage backlogs using Agile methodologies
Process Excellence: apply ITIL frameworks to ensure service transition is smooth and operational risks are mitigated
Collaboration & Tooling: use Jira and Confluence to maintain 'one source of truth' for documentation and tracking, while utilizing Miro for collaborative whiteboarding and system mapping
Requirements:
Technical Literacy: solid grasp of infrastructure fundamentals (Servers, Storage, Cloud, and Networks)
Framework Expertise: proven experience working within ITIL environments and leading Agile squads
The Toolbelt: expert-level proficiency in Jira (for sprint management) and Confluence (for project documentation)
Communication: ability to explain complex infrastructure changes to non-technical stakeholders
Problem-Solving: a 'find a way or make one' attitude when faced with technical bottlenecks or resource constraints
