Job Description

We are recruiting a Infrastructure Project Manager (Civil Engineer) to join the Regional Operations Team and lead infrastructure planning and capital project delivery across a portfolio of premium international schools in Europe. The role reports to the Regional Operations Director and works in close collaboration with the Regional CEO and School Heads, supporting the development and execution of campus infrastructure projects across the region. This is a high-responsibility project management role suited to a civil engineer with strong experience in construction or infrastructure development who wants to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple countries. The role combines infrastructure planning, construction project management, regulatory coordination and facilities development, supporting the growth and continuous improvement of our campuses.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop multi-year campus infrastructure roadmaps
  • Identify facility upgrades and expansions
  • Support project prioritisation with Regional CEO and School Heads
  • Contribute to annual regional capex planning and budgeting
  • Lead execution of regional capex projects
  • Define scope, technical requirements and budgets
  • Coordinate architects, engineers and contractors
  • Monitor timelines, costs and quality
  • Coordinate works with school leadership
  • Prepare and submit architectural, security and technical documentation to DGEST, ANEPC and municipal authorities
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and safety requirements
  • Manage SCIE approvals and MAP documentation updates
  • Support preventive maintenance standards
  • Provide technical oversight of complex infrastructure issues
  • Validate maintenance works and infrastructure upgrades

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering
  • 5–10 years of professional experience
  • Background in construction project management, engineering consultancy, real estate development or infrastructure development
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent building projects
