Job Responsibility:
Infrastructure Project Delivery: Plan, manage, and deliver infrastructure projects, including SaaS migrations, system consolidations, and upgrades. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timelines
Integration & Consolidation: Support the integration of IT systems from newly acquired businesses to ensure seamless alignment with existing infrastructure. Drive the consolidation of SaaS applications and on-premises systems while identifying and reducing technical debt
Technical Analysis & Support: Analyze current infrastructure to propose solutions that support migration or integration objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Change & Adoption specialists to ensure stakeholders are informed and trained on infrastructure changes
Governance & Documentation: Ensure alignment with IT security, compliance, and governance standards during project delivery. Maintain documentation, configuration records, and operational procedures for all projects
Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive administration
Proven experience delivering infrastructure projects, including SaaS migration, consolidation, or integration of acquired systems
Strong understanding of cloud and on-premises infrastructure components, networking, and enterprise systems
Familiarity with IT governance, compliance, and technical debt reduction strategies
Strong project management, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
