Job Responsibility

  • Conduct analyses based on demand, failure rates, cost, and decommissions to aid the Materials Management team in determining optimal supply chain execution for various products
  • Translate internal customer needs into efficient supply chain processes
  • Design and maintain supply chain roadmaps that best suits the business needs of the product while also increasing production efficiency
  • Allocate materials and resources for global consumption
  • Generate material forecasts based on consumption data and leadership input
  • Formalize and standardize data analysis and coordination across planning, fulfillment, finance, and transportation to mitigate and manage risk
  • Build data dashboards for key performance indicator (KPI) metrics
  • Implement service models and support contracts for deployed equipment

Requirements

  • Requires Master's Degree (or foreign degree equivalent) Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field and 24 months of experience in Job Offered or in a related occupation
  • Requires 24 months of experience involving the following: New product introduction planning for Pilot, PVT, DVT, and EVT
  • Engineering change orders (ECOs)
  • Bill of Material scrub, agile, and forecasting trends
  • Materials resource planning
  • Supply planning tools, including SAP, Vena, and Tableau
  • Excel, including pivot tables and VLookup
  • Working with vendors, manufacturers, and sourcing teams on tactical and strategic items
  • Serving as primary liaison between CM, OEM, and ODM in managing, monitoring, and driving material requirements
  • Engaging with cross-functional teams and gaining an understanding of their current and future needs
