Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead IT infrastructure services across the North EMEA region. This role blends technical expertise with leadership, ensuring operational excellence while meeting compliance, security, and standardization objectives. As a member of the regional IT leadership team you will deliver services supporting our business (offices and production sites) across several countries, whilst working as part of a broader community of infrastructure managers across the rest of EMEA. As a team we are increasing the stability, reliability and security of our platforms by leveraging increasing standardisation of technologies and operating models. Job Responsibility:

  • Lead IT infrastructure services across the North EMEA region
  • Deliver reliable and efficient infrastructure services, including server, network, and LAN environments
  • Manage a local team and act as a trusted advisor within the business
  • Maintain service availability and capacity
  • Collaborate with IT business partners to meet expectations
  • Manage risks and costs effectively
  • Apply ITIL principles to support incident and problem management
  • Oversee the controlled transition of new services into operations
  • Ensure processes align with governance frameworks
