Job Responsibility:
Roadmap Planning and Implementation: Collaborate with senior IT leadership to identify and align infrastructure strategy and initiatives with overall business and IT strategy
Infrastructure Architecture Design: Lead the design scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure architectures (on-prem, cloud, hybrid) in conjunction with Cybersecurity Lead
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop infrastructure and system administration team by providing hands-on guidance on technical tasks, prioritizing team activities, setting technical standards and implementing best practices
Security and Risk Management: Partner with Cybersecurity Lead to ensure infrastructure meets security requirements by implementing and maintaining secure configurations, patching, vulnerability remediation, and access controls
Project Leadership: Direct technology initiatives from inception through to successful implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet organizational requirements and standards
Operations & Reliability: Oversee the administration of corporate and restaurant IT infrastructure (Servers, Switches, Firewalls) ensuring high availability, performance, backup and disaster recovery for all infrastructure services
Vendor Management: Vendor and contract negotiation and performance assessment of cybersecurity related technology
Cloud & Platform Management: Manage cloud environments including cost optimization and oversee the administration of identify, access and platform services
Technology Assessment: Evaluate and recommend new technologies, platforms, and tools
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams and departments to understand their technology needs and ensure the IT solutions provided meet these requirements effectively
Corporate Helpdesk & End-User Support Management: Provide strategic oversight and operational leadership for the corporate IT helpdesk function, ensuring consistent, timely, and high-quality end-user support. Define service management standards, support models, SLAs, escalation paths, and tooling in alignment with ITIL best practices, while partnering with business stakeholders to continuously improve service delivery, user experience, and operational efficiency
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
10 years of experience with System and network Administration
3+ years in a management role
Experience building and managing Cloud Architecture and Cybersecurity
Infrastructure related certifications: Cisco(CCNA, CCNP), Fortinet (NSE) CompTIA (Network+, Security+), Microsoft (365, Azure)
IT infrastructure knowledge including on-premises and cloud platforms, networks, servers, storage, identity and access services, core collaboration platforms, backup and disaster recovery, and the tooling required to operate these services securely and reliably
Strong leadership, organizational, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills
Strong contract negotiation, IT business proposal preparation, fluency in Network, AD, Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Office 365 support, and documentation and project management skills
Ability to collect and analyze data, draw conclusions, and make actionable recommendations
Ability to work efficiently on simultaneous assignments under tight deadlines, and work independently and as part of a team
