Job Responsibility

  • Lead, evaluate, provide resources and drive a team towards realistic goals

  • Represent Technology before country regulators bodies and cross –franchise audits, supporting data requirements and inspections
  • Ensure proper Technology framework at country level to implement any local or global regulatory requirement, aligned with Citi’s best practices

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a Technology role with people management experience - Approximately 8+ years experience
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience
  • Experience in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment preferred
  • Ability to develop projects required for design of metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking and best practices
  • Strong fluency in English, both verbal and written, for effective communication
  • Effective analytic/diagnostic skills
  • Effective team management skills
  • Ability to partner with virtual and in-person teams, define goals to a team, and work under pressure or to a deadline
  • Bachelor’s/University degree in computer science or equivalent experience
  • Master’s degree preferred
