Job Description:

Senior management-level position responsible for managing and guiding a team that ensures efficient and effective Citi infrastructure in coordination with the Technology Team. Responsible for the Americas Data Center Site Management team providing timely and cost-effective operations services to the Americas Data Centers.

Job Responsibility:

Develop strategies to meet business strategy goals
Lead and motivate a team including performance evaluation, employee selection, compensation
Resolve issues that have impact beyond own area
Provide services using insights from stakeholder relationships
Ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards
Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of information
Persuade and influence others through communication and diplomacy
Assess risk when business decisions are made
Manage day-to-day operations of strategic Americas Data Center facility
Manage team of technical Data Center operations personnel
Establish and maintain working relationships with business and technology management
Establish meaningful metrics and management reports
Manage multiple PMO and internal projects
Manage vendor relationships with service providers
Monitor budget and lead cost reduction efforts

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in a technology infrastructure role
Experience in people and project management
Experience with selected infrastructure technologies
Experience in financial services or large complex/global environment preferred
Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
Proven ability to develop projects for metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking
Proven analytical, diagnostic and prioritizing skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and partner with virtual teams
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of various parts of projects
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master's degree preferred

Nice to have:

Experience in financial services or large complex environment
Master's degree
Knowledge of building electrical and mechanical environments
Knowledge of Ticketing Systems, Project Management and request processes
Experience in the Financial Services industry
