Job Description:

At the Production Support Command Centre Infrastructure Operations team, we operate multiple services and technologies. As the Enterprise Technology Support you will run and support functions Level 2 Infrastructure Support. This role is performed in the state-of-the-art regional Command Centre in partnership with Shift Managers, Regional leads, and the Network/Distributed Team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving L2 infrastructure issues in network and distributed environment
  • Support the Shift Lead/Manager/Staff manager by providing L2 support to troubleshooting infrastructure issues
  • Engage higher level support, Platform leads, upper management, and other stakeholders when required
  • Continuously assess workload distribution and shift dynamics
  • Provide inputs to operations, projects and contribute to franchise goals
  • Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions
  • Create complex project plans and solve/work high impact problems
  • Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • Design testing approaches, complex processes, reporting streams, and support automation
  • Review requirement documents, define hardware requirements, and update procedures
  • Provide technical/strategic direction and act as advisor to junior analysts
  • Develop projects for metrics, analytical tools, and benchmarking
  • Operate with limited level of direct supervision
  • Appropriately assess risk and drive compliance with laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Problem solving, methodical with analytical skills
  • SME level of knowledge in network and distributed technologies
  • Able to communicate technical terminology at the appropriate level to the audience
  • Good organizational and coordinating skills
  • High-reaching and with dedication towards continual growth and self-improvement
  • Good time management skills with high sense of urgency and dedication
  • Resilient and highly responsive in overcoming adversity
  • Ability to work through a multitude of challenges/obstacles to achieve the desired result
  • Ability and willingness to operate within tightly controlled operational procedures
  • Technical Operations/Support experience of 8+ years
  • Network technical knowledge at CCNP level
  • Distributed knowledge related to servers is required
