Job Description:
Serve as an escalation point with responsibility for servers, networks, security, and cloud platforms. Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, and file/print services. Manage end user support for Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, OneDrive) and Azure Active Directory environments. Monitor system performance, network connectivity, and security compliance using tools such as Fortinet, Bitdefender, and other compliance related applications. Research, evaluate, and recommend IT infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements. Implement infrastructure upgrades, including patching, backups, and resource optimization. Deploy and maintain services in Windows, virtualized, and containerized environments (VMware, Hyper-V). Provide incident resolution, problem determination, and root-cause analysis. Support disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution. Document processes, maintain technical knowledge base, and coach entry level IT staff. Complete small projects, infrastructure deployments, and system migrations according to deadlines. Maintain SSL certificates, domain registrations, and system security standards
