Job Responsibility:
Support the technical execution of a large-scale data centre relocation, including architecture planning, migration strategy, and system stabilisation
Administer and optimise Unix/Linux servers (Red Hat, Ubuntu), virtualisation platforms, and core network infrastructure
Lead system cut-over activities with a focus on minimising downtime through rigorous testing and post-implementation reviews
Manage switches, routers, firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet), and VPNs to ensure compliance with security best practices
Drive efficiency using scripting languages such as Bash or Python and configuration management tools
Produce migration runbooks, system diagrams, risk assessments, and rollback plans
Maintain high availability through proactive monitoring, patching, and capacity planning
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise infrastructure administration (Server & Network)
Proven experience in physical data centre relocation or large-scale hardware refreshes and OS migrations
In-depth expertise in Unix/Linux (Red Hat/Ubuntu) design and virtualisation technologies
Solid experience in enterprise network deployment and security using Cisco or Fortinet
Strong understanding of data centre architecture, including power/cooling, rack layouts, and structured cabling
Professional credentials such as RHCSA/RHCE, CCNA/CCNP, or Fortinet NSE are highly preferred
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
