Job Description

The Salesforce COE Team was setup in March 2013 with an objective to provide support to the Corporate Banking, Barclaycard and Business Banking colleagues. The team offers user support, project management and CRM adoption / ad-hoc analytics to all the three Salesforce business segments.

Job Responsibility

  • Development, delivery, and maintenance of high-quality infrastructure solutions
  • Monitoring of IT infrastructure and system performance
  • Development and implementation of automated tasks and processes
  • Implementation of secure configuration and measures to protect infrastructure
  • Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, architects, and other engineers
  • Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations

Requirements

  • Relevant years of prior experience in Salesforce.com technologies
