Job Description

We are looking for Infrastructure Engineer to join Sopra Steria Polska for a team that works for a client from French public sector.

Job Responsibility

  • Administration and maintenance of business applications for a French-speaking client
  • Monitoring application performance and ensuring high availability and stability
  • Incident and problem management (2nd line support), including troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Implementation of changes, fixes, and updates
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and operational procedures
  • Continuous improvement of system performance and reliability

Requirements

  • Very good command of French (min. B2/C1) – daily communication with the client
  • Experience in application administration / application support
  • Knowledge of operating systems
  • Experience with Kubernetes (containerized environments)
  • Knowledge of VTOM (or similar scheduling tools)
  • Hands-on experience in application monitoring and incident analysis
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
