Job Description:

Support and maintain Linux-based infrastructure for engineering workflows; Manage EDA/CAD environments (installations, upgrades, dependencies); Build and operate AWS infrastructure (compute, storage, networking, IAM); Administer shared systems: NFS, backups, remote access, user management; Troubleshoot across OS, storage, networking, and applications; Partner with engineering teams to resolve performance and usability issues; Automate tasks using scripting or infrastructure-as-code; Contribute to documentation and system reliability improvements

Job Responsibility:

  • Support and maintain Linux-based infrastructure for engineering workflows
  • Manage EDA/CAD environments (installations, upgrades, dependencies)
  • Build and operate AWS infrastructure (compute, storage, networking, IAM)
  • Administer shared systems: NFS, backups, remote access, user management
  • Troubleshoot across OS, storage, networking, and applications

Requirements:

  • Strong Linux administration experience
  • Background supporting technical or compute-heavy environments
  • Hands-on AWS experience
  • Strong troubleshooting across infrastructure layers
  • Scripting experience (Bash, Python, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of networking, storage, permissions, and system performance

Nice to have:

  • Experience with EDA/CAD tools or semiconductor environments
  • Exposure to DevOps / SRE practices
  • Experience in hybrid (on-prem + cloud) environments
