Job Description:

The Infrastructure Technology Lead Analyst is an intermediate level role responsible for assisting Infrastructure and Estate Management efforts across 100+ applications. The overall objective is to use DevOps knowledge to develop processes that will address tech debt across the estate. Both broad and deep, this role requires technical skill and project management capabilities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop detailed project plans that outline the scope, objectives, timelines, and resources required for successful project completion
  • identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes
  • maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns that arise
  • ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and align with organizational goals
  • appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations

Requirements:

  • acts as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members
  • appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
  • experience in technology application development/deployment hands-on experience setting up CICD pipeline using industry best practices
  • manage source code and version control for various projects
  • experience with GIT is preferred, issue/problem tracking through Jira, team collaboration software e.g., TeamCity and continuous integration environments e.g., uDeploy
  • experience in deployment of containerized application using Docker/OpenShift
  • working knowledge of build/ship command using Docker, Docker Compose and Kubernetes
  • good to have knowledge of Lighspeed
  • certification on DevOps skills is desirable
  • 10 years of experience in roles centered around infrastructure delivery (application hosting and/or end user services) with a proven track record of operational process change and improvement
  • at least 6 years overall IT experience with 7+ years in a DevOps Engineer role with experience on large & complex projects
  • ability to work with virtual/in-person teams, and work under pressure/to a deadline
  • experience in a financial services or large complex and/or global environment preferred
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • excellent analytic/diagnostic skills
  • ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience

Nice to have:

  • Good to have knowledge of Lighspeed
  • certification on DevOps skills is desirable
  • experience in a financial services or large complex and/or global environment preferred
