Requirements

  • Must be strong in Amazon connect – Should be able to stand up and configure Amazon Connect
  • Must have strong contact center experience
  • Must have very strong voice experience
  • Must be strong with Terraform – Team uses a lot of Terraform daily
  • Will be doing the CICD pipelines and automated deployments
  • Should be strong in Python, if they have other scripting that can work as well

Nice to have

Anyone with integration experience is a huge plus
