Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
4+ years of experience in IT Operations, Change Management, Release Management, or Incident Management
Hands-on experience supporting end-to-end deployment lifecycles in complex environments
Understanding of access management, security controls, and compliance requirements within regulated organisations
Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders and working effectively during time-critical deployment windows
Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience working with globally distributed delivery teams
