Job Description

The Infrastructure Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of infrastructure work required to enable technology deployments, mobilizations, and related field initiatives. This role works across infrastructure-only projects as well as broader deployments where infrastructure is one workstream among many. The position helps ensure that network connectivity, hardware readiness, vendor coordination, documentation, and implementation activities are completed in alignment with project requirements, timelines, and Aramark security standards. The Infrastructure Coordinator is responsible for coordinating infrastructure activities that support Aramark technology deployments, mobilizations, and field projects. This role manages infrastructure-focused workstreams such as circuit delivery, network readiness, hardware coordination, site infrastructure planning, implementation scheduling, documentation, and go-live support. The role may lead smaller infrastructure-only initiatives directly and also serves as the infrastructure support lead within larger cross-functional projects. This position works closely with Project Managers, Infrastructure Leads, vendors, LOB technology teams, procurement, field services, and operations to ensure infrastructure requirements are clearly defined, tracked, communicated, and delivered on time. Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, proactive communication, and the ability to coordinate multiple moving parts across a high-volume project environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate infrastructure activities for stand-alone projects and broader deployment or mobilization efforts
  • Track infrastructure deliverables including circuits, hardware, shipping, site readiness items, installations, and support handoffs
  • Maintain infrastructure timelines, dependencies, status updates, and follow-up actions to ensure projects remain on track
  • Support infrastructure planning from intake through implementation, stabilization, and transition to support
  • Serve as the infrastructure point of coordination on projects managed by Deployment and Mobilization Project Managers
  • Partner with project managers and technical teams to align infrastructure tasks with overall project plans and milestone dates
  • Coordinate with vendors, internal infrastructure teams, procurement, and field services to ensure required tasks are understood and executed
  • Help identify and communicate infrastructure risks, delays, and dependencies that may affect broader project delivery
  • Gather, organize, and maintain project documentation related to infrastructure scope, requirements, quotes, schedules, and implementation details
  • Ensure infrastructure requirements are documented clearly and communicated to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Support readiness reviews by confirming status of infrastructure prerequisites, open items, and next steps
  • Assist in maintaining standards, templates, and documentation practices that improve consistency across projects
  • Provide timely updates on infrastructure status, risks, issues, and outstanding actions
  • Escalate blockers or timeline impacts to leadership or project managers as needed
  • Coordinate issue follow-up with vendors and internal support teams to drive resolution
  • Support go-live and post-launch activities by helping track open items, defects, and stabilization needs
  • Assist with infrastructure support activities across all active projects, including higher-volume deployment periods
  • Support reporting, meeting preparation, and project administration related to infrastructure workstreams
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying recurring gaps, bottlenecks, or coordination issues
  • Perform other duties as assigned within the normal scope of the role

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT project coordination, infrastructure coordination, deployment support, field technology, or related technical operations roles preferred
  • Experience supporting infrastructure activities such as network connectivity, circuit coordination, hardware deployment, site readiness, or technical implementation preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders across concurrent projects
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of infrastructure components that support field technology solutions, including circuits, networking, hardware deployment, and site readiness requirements
  • Familiarity with technology deployment environments such as hospitality, retail, sports, healthcare, education, or other distributed operational settings preferred
  • Experience working with vendors, implementation partners, and internal technical teams
  • Understanding of standard IT processes, documentation practices, and support handoff expectations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide clear, concise project updates
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate activities without formal authority
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to proactively identify and follow up on open items
  • Comfortable operating in a structured environment while adapting to changing project needs and business priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, hospitality, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Relevant experience in infrastructure support, deployment coordination, or technical operations may be considered in lieu of formal education
