Job Description:

The Business Manager is responsible for accomplishing results through management of a professional team, addressing regulatory issues, driving administrative activities like employee headcount tracking, and advancing the control framework.

Job Responsibility:

partner with local and regional business management team
manage a team by providing technical knowledge, coaching, evaluation, etc.
assist leadership with developing projects and strategies
advance control framework including corrective actions
prepare materials for business meetings
track, consolidate and analyze business requests
drive implementation of projects across functions
recommend technology changes, process improvements and control framework enhancements
ensure corrective actions are implemented for control-related issues
communicate business and product knowledge to internal functions
assess risk when business decisions are made

Requirements:

6-10 years of experience in financial markets business or business support
experience with foreign exchange and/or interest rate products preferred
demonstrated expertise of Microsoft Office product suite
basic macro coding experience and proficiency in Microsoft Access and PowerPoint preferred
consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

manejo de oportunidades y riesgos financieros del área
análisis de presupuesto y generación de proyecciones financieras
generación de reportes/métricas financieras
inglés intermedio-avanzado
liderazgo de equipos/trabajo en equipo
Excel avanzado indispensable

Nice to have:

foreign exchange and/or interest rate products knowledge
macro coding experience
proficiency in Microsoft Access and PowerPoint
