Job Description

We are seeking an Infrastructure Automation Expert to support the development, optimisation and delivery of large-scale automated IT Infrastructure solutions across VOIS. This role focuses on creating and improving automation for high‑volume Data Centre services, enhancing software engineering practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable end‑to‑end automation. The individual will design, build and troubleshoot automation workflows, ensuring seamless handover to Operations for 24/7 support.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and optimise automation for IT Infrastructure Build Services to support efficient, stable and high‑volume delivery of infrastructure assets
  • Design, develop and implement complex automated infrastructure environments to enable end‑to‑end automation
  • Apply advanced technical expertise to create and deploy automated infrastructure workflows
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather automation requirements, propose improvements and deliver solutions aligned with organisational strategy
  • Analyse and troubleshoot automation issues, ensuring continuous improvement and reliability
  • Support the development and execution of automation proof‑of‑concepts

Requirements

  • Experienced in end‑to‑end automation for IT Infrastructure Build, including Cloud Architecture, APIs and Orchestration
  • Skilled in software engineering and development with proven experience in automated infrastructure deployments
  • Able to solve problems effectively, communicate clearly and work collaboratively
  • Fluent in English, with strong analytical capabilities
  • Bringing more than 8 years of experience in software development and infrastructure technologies
  • Bringing more than 5 years of experience working on large‑scale projects
  • Holding higher education in IT, Engineering, vendor certifications or comparable professional experience
  • Knowledgeable in Agile methodologies, ITIL, SOX and security regulations
  • An expert in PERL development
