We are looking for an Infrastructure Administrator to support and maintain core technology systems in a production environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who can manage day-to-day server operations, respond effectively to technical issues, and help keep infrastructure services stable, secure, and well-documented. The position works across Windows and Linux platforms while contributing to backup readiness, system reliability, and operational continuity.
Job Responsibility:
Administer and support enterprise infrastructure systems serving production environments, ensuring dependable performance and availability
Manage Windows Server platforms, including directory services fundamentals, routine updates, system hardening, and general server maintenance
Maintain Linux servers by handling account administration, service monitoring, patch deployment, and issue resolution
Investigate and resolve technical problems across servers, virtualization platforms, storage systems, and network-connected infrastructure
Perform backup and recovery activities, validate restore procedures, and support disaster recovery preparedness efforts
Apply infrastructure security standards by assisting with secure configurations, access controls, and remediation of identified vulnerabilities
Follow established change and incident management practices, maintaining accurate documentation and clear communication throughout support activities
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience administering enterprise infrastructure within live production environments
Practical knowledge of troubleshooting across server hardware, virtualization, storage, and networking layers
Experience supporting Windows Server environments, including Active Directory concepts, patch management, and security configuration
Background administering Linux systems in an enterprise setting, including users, groups, services, and troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with backup operations, system restores, and disaster recovery processes
Understanding of security best practices such as least-privilege access, secure system configuration, and vulnerability response coordination
Ability to work within formal change management and incident management processes with strong documentation skills
Familiarity with technologies such as Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server, Windows 10, Dell Technologies, and Citrix solutions
