Job Description:

We are looking for an Infrastructure Administrator/ Engineer to support and enhance core enterprise systems in Phoenix, Arizona. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who can manage server and identity environments while helping maintain secure, reliable access across the organization. The role focuses on Windows-based infrastructure, directory services, messaging platforms, and virtual application technologies, with an emphasis on operational stability and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Administer and maintain Microsoft Windows Server environments to ensure strong performance, availability, and security
  • Manage Active Directory and Azure Active Directory services, including user access, group policies, and identity lifecycle support
  • Support Citrix technologies by monitoring virtual application and desktop environments and resolving platform-related issues
  • Oversee Microsoft Exchange administration, including mailbox management, system health checks, and issue resolution
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents across servers, identity platforms, and end-user access systems to minimize downtime
  • Implement system updates, configuration changes, and routine maintenance activities in alignment with operational standards
  • Partner with internal teams to strengthen infrastructure reliability, improve service delivery, and support technical initiatives
  • Document configurations, procedures, and support activities to promote consistency and effective knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience administering Active Directory in a business environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server platforms and core system administration practices
  • Experience supporting Azure Active Directory, including identity and access management functions
  • Familiarity with Citrix technologies used for virtual desktops or application delivery
  • Experience administering or supporting Microsoft Exchange environments
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues across infrastructure and user access systems
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
