Our enterprise clients are deploying AI systems that operate on highly sensitive data, critical infrastructure, and business-critical decision flows. AI introduces new threat surfaces: data leakage, model poisoning, supply-chain attacks, inference abuse, and regulatory exposure. This role exists to secure AI environments end-to-end, from infrastructure and data to models and access layers, in enterprise and regulated contexts. You will operate as a Subject Matter Expert securing AI platforms and data environments where confidentiality, integrity, availability, and compliance are mandatory. Acting in consultative security engagements, embedded delivery models, or platform-based environments, you will design, implement, and govern security controls adapted to AI systems, not just traditional IT. This role is designed to secure enterprise AI systems by design, acting as the trust foundation for AI adoption in sensitive and regulated environments. You will position yourself as an AI Security SME, enabling secure AI platforms to scale by orders of magnitude, while protecting data, models, and infrastructure across Europe’s most advanced AI environments.
Job Responsibility:
Secure data pipelines, training datasets, and inference data flows
Design controls to prevent data leakage, exfiltration, and misuse
Protect models against poisoning, tampering, and unauthorized usage
Implement security patterns for model serving and API exposure
Secure cloud, hybrid, and on-prem AI infrastructure
Define and enforce network segmentation and isolation for AI workloads
Implement secure secrets management and key handling
Align infrastructure security with AI workload characteristics
Design IAM strategies for AI platforms (users, services, models)
Enforce least-privilege and Zero Trust principles
Support regulatory and compliance requirements (data protection, auditability)
Collaborate with legal, risk, and compliance stakeholders
Security-by-design for AI systems
Continuous security monitoring and posture management
Integration with DevSecOps and MLOps pipelines
Requirements:
Strong background in cybersecurity, cloud security, or data security
Experience securing complex, distributed systems
Exposure to AI, ML, or data platforms in production environments
Risk-aware but delivery-oriented mindset
Strong ownership of security outcomes
Comfortable working across technical, legal, and business boundaries
Pragmatic approach to balancing security and performance
