The Information Security (InfoSec) Project Manager is a strategic leader responsible for orchestrating large-scale, cross-functional security initiatives within a dynamic and ambiguous business landscape. Leveraging more than 15 years of experience in information security, risk management, and program delivery, this individual possesses the vision, subject matter expertise, and executive presence to drive enterprise-wide improvements in security posture, regulatory compliance, and organizational resilience. The ideal candidate excels at navigating complex, matrixed environments, building consensus among diverse stakeholder groups, and executing programs where scope, requirements, and outcomes may evolve rapidly. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster collaborative relationships with leaders, business stakeholders, IT teams, legal, compliance, audit, privacy, and external partners. Communicate program progress, risks, and benefits in clear, business-relevant language to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Change & Incident Management: Support organizational change management for security initiatives, including stakeholder education, process redesign, and adoption tracking. Lead or support the response to major security incidents, providing program-level coordination and after-action reporting.
Metrics & Continuous Improvement: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and program metrics. Use analytics to assess program maturity, identify improvement opportunities, and inform strategic investment decisions.
