Job Responsibility:
Assist in the planning and execution of Trellix Endpoint Encryption migration
Provide support to users during the migration process to ensure data protection and encryption standards are met
Address and resolve any technical issues that arise during the migration
Provide technical support to users facing issues related to Zscaler migration
Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity and configuration problems
Ensure that Zscaler migration does not impact user productivity and network security
Assist in the deployment and management of Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM)
Provide user support for device enrollment, configuration, and compliance
Resolve issues related to mobile device security and management
Support the implementation and maintenance of Trellix Endpoint Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions
Monitor and respond to DLP incidents to prevent data breaches
Provide training and support to users on DLP policies and best practices
Assist in the deployment and configuration of CrowdStrike nextgen Antivirus
Provide ongoing support to ensure the antivirus solution is functioning effectively
Monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents detected by CrowdStrike
Discovering of the devices on central CS console
Requirements:
Good in Communication
2+ Years Relevant experience
