Fanning Howey is a nationally recognized Architecture and Engineering firm seeking an experienced and proactive Information Technology (IT) Technician to support our Architecture, Engineering, and Consulting teams within our growing technology infrastructure and provide exceptional technical support to our teams. This role is critical to ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient technology operations that enable successful project delivery across our offices.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for hardware, software, cloud services, and network connectivity
  • Support AEC industry software platforms including AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and related applications
  • Maintain workstation, network, and collaboration technologies across multiple office environments
  • Assist with cybersecurity initiatives, system monitoring, and technology compliance efforts
  • Prepare, deploy, and document hardware and software assets

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of IT support experience, preferably within professional services or AEC environments
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
  • Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and customer-service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
