Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing ●Provide daily engineering support and operations for Arrow’s hardware and software infrastructure, including maintenance, performance monitoring and reporting, solution design, and consulting. ●Analyze and troubleshoot issues across software, applications, databases, hardware, and COTS applications. ●Deliver second-level support by working directly with IT teams and/or end users to resolve escalated incidents. ●Coordinate with vendors as needed to facilitate hardware and software repair activities. ●Participate in annual disaster recovery (DR) testing. Due to operational requirements, the role requires commuting between two office locations: Zhonghe and Taoyuan. ●Hardware scope: Maintain virtual machines (VMs), Pure Storage, and data center-related equipment. ●Software scope: Support Microsoft 365, Intune, and ServiceNow.
