Together, let’s ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. ANS is seeking a TS/SCI w/ Polygraph cleared Information Technology Senior Consultant to join our team in Fort Meade, MD. Requirements Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Hands on NetApp experience a MUST Hands-on engineering experience with NetApp and other storage technologies and concepts Experience with SAN, NAS, Fiber Channel and iSCSI storage implementations Experience with capacity planning and sizing storage and backup environments • Experience in performance tuning and optimizing storage and backup environments Experience with data center migrations and storage replication technologies Senior-level experience with the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of large-scale systems, preferably across multiple hardware platforms and data centers Strong understanding of high availability concepts with practical experience and implementation of key components in storage environments Strong understanding of fundamental hardware concepts: disk, memory, CPU, NIC, HBA, firmware, RAID, performance concepts (I/O, paging, swapping, system calls), iSCSI, Fiber Channel, Ethernet Strong understanding of essential TCP/IP concepts: TCP, UDP, ICMP, SMTP, SNMP, LDAP, DNS, NTP, etc. Experience connecting storage arrays to Hypervisor Technologies (NUTANIX, VMWARE VCF, OpenStack).
